My private practice for face-to-face sessions is open on (session start times):

  • Mondays
  • Wednesdays
  • Thursdays
    4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
    2pm, 3pm and 4pm
    10am, 11am, 12 noon and 1pm

Zoom sessions possible on Mondays (up to 2pm) and Thursday afternoons. I work on a weekly basis, usually meeting on the same day at the same time. All sessions are for 50 minutes.
Current face-to-face appointment start times will vary due to measures to reduce the spread of Covid19

  • Individuals – full
    Zoom spaces expected from October / November. No new face-to-face spaces for (at least) the remainder of 2020

  • Couples / Joint – no spaces for the foreseeable future

Availability changes all the time, especially for daytime appointments. If I am full, the wait for a regular weekly daytime slot is often no more than a few weeks. If you would prefer not to wait, I can usually recommend other local therapists in private practice. I maintain a waiting list for daytime session times only.
Please note that if I feel that counselling or psychotherapy in a private practice setting would not be of benefit to you, I will refer you to your GP.
