Fees
My fees reflect my skill, experience and level of training as a UKCP registered psychotherapist and counsellor practising in Brighton since 2011.
Individual Adults
Face-to-face or via Zoom video conferencing:
£85 per fifty-minute initial consultation
£85 per fifty-minute weekly counselling or psychotherapy session
Discounts considered for counsellors or psychotherapists in training with this fee being held for the duration of a 2-year course.
Couples / One Pair of Adults
£150 per fifty-minute initial consultation
£150 per fifty-minute weekly counselling or psychotherapy session
Payment
I accept payment by cash or BACS.
Frequency
Therapy sessions with me involve a weekly commitment. As such, it is important that you are able to make space in your life to accommodate this. Some people come for a few weeks (no minimum) and others might stay considerably longer. Sessions are usually held on the same day at the same time.
