- psychological implications of a diagnosis of terminal illness e.g. cancer
- relationship difficulties e.g. communication problems, difficulty connecting to others
- self-harm
- social anxiety or difficulties e.g. making friends, loneliness, isolation, blushing
- stress
- unexplained pain or illness
- work-related stress
Please note that if I feel that counselling or psychotherapy in a private practice setting would not be of benefit to you, I will refer you to your GP.
Also, if you are seeking counselling or psychotherapy for which the main focus will be difficulties relating to adoption, the law states that you should receive help from an approved adoption counsellor.
