Welcome I offer weekly face-to-face or online counselling and psychotherapy to adults facing a range of emotional or relational difficulties.

I work from a consulting room next to Preston Park station in the city of Brighton & Hove and online via Zoom.
Registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I am qualified to full Masters’ level and have been working in private practice since 2011.
