My fees reflect my skill, experience and level of training as a UKCP registered psychotherapist and counsellor practising in Brighton and Hove since 2011.
Individual Adults
£75 per fifty-minute initial consultation
£75 per fifty-minute weekly counselling or psychotherapy session
Discounts for counsellors-in-training
Couples / Pairs (18+ years only)
£130 per fifty-minute initial consultation
£130 per fifty-minute weekly counselling or psychotherapy session
Payment
I accept payment by cash or BACS only.
Frequency
Counselling or psychotherapy sessions with me involve a weekly commitment. As such, it is important that you are able to make space in your life to accommodate this. Some people come for a few weeks (no minimum) and others might stay considerably longer. Sessions are usually held on the same day at the same time. However, I can sometimes accommodate people who work certain shift patterns.
Cancellations
Details of my cancellation policy will be provided in my contract.
Fee Increases
A minimum of four weeks’ notice will be given of any price increases. No fee increases expected in 2025.
